Thai Massage / Applied Yoga
Your body will be gently stretched and manipulated into yoga
style positions to stimulate the Sen lines and release muscles and joints,
opening the body to a flush of energy. This style of Thai massage is drawn
from Northern and Southern techniques and is carried out on a futon mat set
on the floor. Please wear loose comfortable clothing as you will remain
fully clothed throughout.
Lomi Lomi / Kahuna Massage
This beautiful combined massage emanates from the Polynesian Islands and
is very flowing and dance like working on releasing energy blocks, re-energising and

Fresh Asian Body Scrub Rituals
Choose from a range of freshly, handmade natural scrubs made for you on
request, drawn from beautiful traditional rituals used in Bali, Java and
Thailand, all include a foot bath, dry body brushing, 20-min. back massage
as well as facial cleanse, face, scalp, hand and foot massage. All are
pastes and are let to dry and buffed off.

Mandi Lulur - Jasmine is a symbol of Love and fertility, used in
this luxurious Javanese Royal wedding ritual performed by the female family
members for the bride for 40 days prior, to soften, hydrate and beautify the
skin and to pass on their wisdoms. The body will be lavished with a paste of
turmeric, rice and oils of Frangipani, Jasmine and Sandalwood.
Bali Boren - This spicy aromatic exfoliation using ground
cinnamon, clove, nutmet, anise, fresh ginger and lime is a time honoured
remedy used in Balinese villages for aching muscles to strengthen the immune
system and draw away dampness from the body.
Thai Coconut Scrub - Coconut oil acts as a protective antioxidant
against premature aging, skin cancer and other blemishes, keeping the skin
soft and smooth. Ground coconut, rice coconut oil, turmeric and essential
oils of lemongrass and lime uplift, protect and refine the skin.
Bali Kopi Lulur - Coffee and vanilla give this body scrub its
fantastic aroma. Topically coffee has a stimulating vaso-constricting effect
on the skin and capillaries, increasing circulation and helping reduce fluid
retention and breakdown or prevent cellulite.
Exotic Frangipani Wrap
An exquisitely scented and deeply hydrating body wrap all carried out on
the massage table. The skin is prepared with the Marine Salt Glow and
buffed off with hot mitts, warmed pure Monoi butter blended
with essential oils of Island flowers is drizzled liberally and worked
into the body. You are then wrapped in order to infuse the oil whilst
your scalp is massaged. Paradise!!!

Express Pedicure
A warm foot bath helps to ease tired feet,
followed by basic removal of calluses, cuticle work and nail tidy. A nourishing moisturiser
is applied and then nails painted.
Spa Pedicure
An exotic milk foot bath with island flower oils of Ylang ylang and
Frangipani. The feet and
legs are exfoliated, feet buffed, nails and cuticles work upon
before being treated to a massage and then painted.
Intensive Healing Pedicure
Allows that little extra time to help make those feet feel
re-born. Your feet will be embalmed with the warm island flower monoi
butter to deeply nourish and soften, then wrapped with warm towels and hot
stones placed between toes.
Manicure
A lovely warm milk soak with our signature essential oils,
whilst nails and cuticles are conditioned, buffed, painted and moisturised.

Fake Tan
A relaxing manual application using St. Tropez lotion to give a lovely
natural colour. We strongly avise to include the Marina Salt Glow which will
both exfoliate and hydrate your skin helping your tan to last longer. It is
advised to leave the tan on overnight and shower the next morning.
