Gift Certificates & Products
- An ideal present, which can be redeemed against treatments or products.
- With the ease of a phone call a Gift Certificate can be arranged
and paid via credit card and sent anywhere in Australia.
- We also offer beautiful natural handmade soaps, rustic candles,
organic herbal teas, Premium Grade Essential oils, delicious
Naturopathic body scrubs, whips and Hair shampoos and OPI Nail
Polishes.
Appointments
- To Avoid disappointment, bookings in advance are recommended, although
we do our best to offer you an immediate service where available.
Arrival
- On your arrival we will sit you down with a glass of water so you can begin to unwind
and balance whilst you fill out a consultation sheet.
- We will start your treatment approximately 15 minutes after.
- If you have filled out a form prior we still generally need
this 15 minutes to change over.
- If you are a little late we will do our best to give you your
full treatment time, however sometimes we may have to cut your treatment
slightly short at the same charge.
- Unlike other Spas and salons, time for your consultation is not taken out of
your treatment time so you get the entire time on the massage table to absorb
the benefits.
Cancellations
- We understand that sometimes you may need to change your
schedule. If you would kindly let us know at least 24 hours
prior to the treatment so as to allow someone else to visit
us, we would greatly appreciate it.
- A credit card is required to confirm your booking.
- Cancellations within this time will incur a charge of
25% of the treatment cost in order to cover our expenses.
- Same day cancellations will be charged at 50% and 100%
on Public Holidays.
- Gift vouchers will also be redeemed at these rates.
- Groups (5 persons minimum) will be required to pay a 40$
deposit at least two weeks prior which will be
non0refundable one week before your booking. We do our best
to fill any individual cancellation times to be able to
return deposits where possible.

- We accept Cash payment together with MasterCard,
Bankcard & Visa Credit Cards.
NB: We do not accept AmEx or Diners Credit Cards.
Treatment Times
- Unlike other Day Spas and Beauty Salons the time for your consultation and to
change is not taken out of your treatment time.
- Please allow approximately 15-30 minutes
on top of your treatment time to complete the Lotus Spa
experience.

Mobile Phones and Children
- As a courtesy to others and to allow you to truly relax
please switch off mobile phones upon entering the Day Spa.
- Children must be quiet if they attend.
Wheelchair Access Available
- We do our utmost to tailor treatments to enable disabled
clients to visit us. We have disabled toilet facilities and
access available.
Sundays & Public Holidays
- We are open Sundays and Public Holidays for your
convenience by appointment only.
- Due to increased costs on these days there is a 10%
surcharge applied.
